VanDeVoorde Hall Law, PL is a law firm of two attorneys with its offices in Sebastian, Florida and Palm Bay, Florida.  Our law firm and lawyers represent clients in a variety of areas,including estate planning (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, deeds) and probate administration; advice regarding real estate transactions, including representation of buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, leases, and counseling on foreclosure; elder law planning, including Medicaid planning and adult guardianship; minor guardianship; intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets; small business formation and incorporation; and contracts and other transactions.

Local.  Though most of our clients live or work in Sebastian, Vero Beach, Fellsmere, Micco, Barefoot Bay, Vero Lake Estates, Palm Bay, Grant-Valkaria, Malabar, Wabasso, West Melbourne, Melbourne, Okeechobee and other locations in Indian River, Brevard, St. Lucie, and Okeechobee Counties, we do practice throughout the state of Florida.  One lawyer in our practice is also licensed to practice before the United States Patent & Trademark Office and can provide advice regarding these federal issues throughout the United States.

Flexible.  Many of our clients live outside of the region and outside of the state of Florida for part or all of the year. VanDeVoorde Hall Law, P.L. welcomes our community’s “snowbirds” and their families who may live outside of Florida but need advice regarding Florida probate law, Florida long-term care planning, and other aspects of elder law or business law. We also regularly assist clients out-of-state with Florida probate and trust administration, elder care planning, as well as federal law issues, such as patents, trademarks, and copyright. Our attorneys and staff are well-versed in working with remote clients and continuing to communicate the status of cases with those who may be traveling or who cannot come in for a live conference.  We can work with you and provide teleconferences as well as videoconferences with our clients upon request.  We also understand that some clients may need a home, recovery facility, or hospital visit in order to obtain legal advice or execute documents, and can arrange to meet you at any location in Indian River or southern Brevard upon request (additional travel fees may apply).
